REGULATION for the \u201cSAN PAOLO IN ALPE\u201d BIVOUAC<\/strong><\/p>\n

No. 1 \u2013 Name<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

It is called \u201cSan Paolo in Alpe\u201d the part of the farmhouse \"Casone\" used as a bivouac. The property is situated in the municipality of Santa Sofia, at San Paolo in Alpe, and it is owned by the region of Emilia-Romagna and is currently managed by the association of Tour de Bosc APS.<\/p>\n

No. 2 \u2013 Features<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The structure is divided into two parts.<\/p>\n

The unmanaged, freely accessible section of the structure<\/strong>is ocated on the ground floor, with its entrance facing the road (Croce di Biserno-San Paolo-Pian del Pero). This is always accessible and can be used as a temporary shelter in case of need. There is a table and few benches. Although there are not sources of light, you can light a fire in the fireplace<\/strong>. It is absolutely forbidden to light fires anywhere else, whether indoors or outdoors.. The unmanaged structure is not supplied with firewood.<\/p>\n

Also on the ground floor, on the side facing the pastures, you can access the managed section of the bivouac<\/strong> (thi structure is locked and requires a reservation for entry) . The entrance room serves as a woodshed and storage area. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which is divided into two rooms: the first is a bedroom that sleeps up to 8 people in total (4 on wooden beds and 4 on foldable cots; bringing your own sleeping pads and sleeping bags is recommended). The second room features a table with benches for dining or relaxing, and a fireplace for heating or cooking. There are no stoves, burners, or other kitchen utensils; you will only find some fire starters, two grills, fireplace tools, and the necessary firewood.<\/p>\n

There are no light sources in this part of the structure either.<\/p>\n

In the bivouac, or in the immediate vicinity, there are no water sources or restroom facilities available.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

No. 3 \u2013 Terms of use<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The unamanaged<\/strong> section of the bivouac is always freely accessible<\/strong> and it is available to anyone passing through the San Paolo in Alpe plateau.<\/p>\n

The managed section<\/strong> is bookable by the site tourdebosc.it\/reservations-and-payments for no more than one night<\/strong>. For further information, you can contact us via the telephone numbers available on the association\u2019s website at tourdebosc.it\/contacts; alternatively, you can write to bivaccosanpaolo@tourdebosc.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

** Reservations are valid from 11:00 AM on the day of the reservation until 10:00 AM on the following day<\/b><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The minimum price for booking the structure is <\/span>50.00 <\/strong>\u20ac<\/strong> per night<\/strong> (VAT included).If the reservation is made for five or more people, the price is considered \u20ac10.00 per person per night (VAT included). <\/span>10 <\/strong>\u20ac<\/strong> for person<\/strong> (VAT included). <\/span>Children up to 12 years old do not pay any fee<\/strong> (the standard adult fee applies from the age of 13 onwards).<\/span><\/p>\n

Given that the structure is rented in its entirety, multiple reservations for the same day are not accepted.<\/p>\n

In booking request<\/strong> (which can be filled out on the page tourdebosc.it\/reservations and payments) must contain your personal details, the number of participants, and include the acceptance of the terms of use, including this regulation. In the same page of the website, it is possible to check already booked dates using a dedicated calendar.<\/p>\n

In the event of damage<\/strong> to the structure or its contents, the association Tour de Bosc APS may proceed with quantifying and recovering the damage suffered, holding the temporary custodians of the structure\u2014namely the users themselves\u2014responsible.<\/p>\n

The managed section of the structure is equipped with a basic first-aid kit<\/strong>; please report if anything has been used so that we can arrange to restock it.<\/p>\n

In case of need or emergency<\/strong> , it is possible to contact us to gain access to the structure.<\/p>\n

In case of absolute necessity, the staff of Tour de Bosc APS can always access the structure, even if it is booked.<\/p>\n

No. 4 \u2013 Local Mountain Rescue, Carabinieri Command for Forest Protection and Environmental Hiking Guides (GAE)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of emergency, Local Mountain Rescue<\/strong> and Carabinieri Command for Forest Protection<\/strong> may use the structure without paying any fee. Their personnel will have absolute priority over any other requests. If someone is already using the structure, they do not need to leave the structure still they must comply to their requests.<\/p>\n

Le Professionals related to nature guiding (Environmental Hiking Guides\/GAE, Park Guides, Medium Mountain Guides, Alpine Guides) <\/strong>who intend to spend the night in the structure with a group are exempt from paying the fee (only applied to group guides).<\/p>\n

No. 5 \u2013 Rules of conduct<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Users of the bivouac are guests in a public structure thus a common good. You are required to maintain an appropriate behavior and not to damage the premises or the furniture of the structure. In particular:<\/p>\n
